Faurya is a product of Markupx brands PVT LTD. Faurya provides website and product analytics, revenue and subscription reporting, billing-data synchronization, and attribution services.
Faurya's application processes customer information using infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS supplies the underlying cloud services on which Faurya's application and data storage operate. This makes AWS a subprocessor for customer personal data processed on Faurya's behalf.
1. Subprocessors used by Faurya
| Subprocessor | Service and purpose | Categories of data involved | AWS hosting region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure hosting Faurya's application servers and data storage used to run analytics, billing synchronization, and related operations | Customer and account identifiers; website or session analytics data; merchant-provided customer, subscription, invoice, payment, and related billing records, depending on enabled features | US East (Northern Virginia), United States (us-east-1) |
Faurya's own application logic performs the analytics and billing calculations. AWS provides the infrastructure where that processing and storage take place.
The data categories above describe the types of data involved in the service, not a claim that every customer enables every feature or submits every field.
2. What is a subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Faurya to help process customer personal data on Faurya's behalf. A cloud hosting provider can be a subprocessor even if Faurya's own software carries out the calculations and the provider's personnel do not routinely view the information.
A merchant-selected payment provider is different. For example, when a merchant connects Stripe, Dodo Payments, Paddle, Polar, Creem, Lemon Squeezy, or Whop to Faurya, that provider is generally an independent data source selected by the merchant, not automatically a subprocessor appointed by Faurya. The classification depends on the actual relationship and processing activity.
Technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Valkey are not themselves separate subprocessor companies merely because they are used within Faurya's infrastructure.
3. Changes to subprocessors
If Faurya intends to add or replace a subprocessor that handles customer personal data, Faurya will:
Notify affected customers by email at least 30 days before the intended change.
Give customers 15 days from the notice to raise a reasoned objection.
Review objections and respond through the applicable contractual process.
Update this page to reflect the subprocessors used for the service.
Customers can submit objections or questions to founder@markupxbrands.com.
